Anytime between 2-4 weeks, depending if a new drawing is commissioned. If you ordered a customised drawing, we require 7-10 working days to send your first draft for approvals. If you have edits to the drawing, it could take an additional 2-7 days to complete. However, once the process is done, you should receive your items in 7-14 days after your print layouts are approved.

If you're using an existing drawing or just using template icons and text, you should receive your print layouts within 7 days from your order. Once approved, you items will be ready within 7-14 days.

It ranges from $5 for a set of 5 custom icons and $8 upwards for a human or pet portrait (charged at a per person/pet basis). The cost is subjected to the drawing style selected.

At the moment, we are only accepting existing drawings done by The Treat Jar Company or Halby Illustration.

Yes! Our prices are inclusive of the designing, layout and printing, however, excludes any customised drawing charges, which is subjected to additional charge depending on your drawing style/requests.

Yes, of course! We do not print any items until they are approved by you.
